Ultra Packaging to exhibit at Pack Expo 2006
Ultra Packaging, Inc. will be participating in Pack Expo 2006, October 20th – November 2nd. BOOTH # 2952 – South Hall. They will be displaying their new seven axis (7) all servo-motion vertical cartoner – Veronica. Demonstrations of its “Extreme Changeover” capability will be given. One size carton to another in 3 minutes.
This latest use of GEN 3 Servo Technology and exclusive use of Timing Belts produces a smooth, quiet running machine with extremely fast changeover. All points of power transmission are controlled by Bosch Rexroth Servo motors and Visual Motion software interfaces all axis through SERCOS digital fiber optic connections.
This new servo drive architecture and elimination of all roller chain results in significantly fewer moving parts. Veronica is ideal for Contract Packagers or anyone who requires a low maintenance, quick size changeover vertical cartoner.
